Specialists from the leading Vietnam’s university have begun digitizing publications and replenishing the electronic library with the universal planetary scanner ElarScan A2-400KS. The University of Da Nang (University of Education) is one of the TOP-50 higher education institutions of Southeast Asia and one of the largest universities in Vietnam. The fund of his library has 120 thousand volumes, which will be available to students in digital.

This summer specialists from several countries already saw ElarScan working live with their own eyes - directly from their laptops. The group of Polish universities WSB (Higher School of Banking) received new professional planetary scanners ElarScan A2-600R. The digitization of library funds has begun, the volume of which exceeds 50 thousand units. Planetary scanners are used for digitization in two branches of the Higher School of Banking: in the cities of Toruń and Bydgoszcz. The equipment was supplied, installed and trained by ELAR's authorized partner Elaboro Agnieszka Borowiecka.

In the center of Tashkent N-COM CENTRAL ASIA opened a showroom where a new model of the universal planetary scanner ElarScan A2-400 is showcased. The company provided the first demonstrations of the latest equipment and a series of seminars and presentations for organizations and enterprises in Central Asia are being prepared.

Skeneri za knjige ElarScan predstavljeni su na konferenciji povodom 25. godišnjice italijanskog udruženja biblioteka „Convegno delle Stelline“. Pandemija je zamalo dovela do otkazivanja Konferencije i tradicionalne izložbe „Bibliostar“, ali organizatori su mogli da održe forum u septembru umesto na proleće, uz održavanje formata licem u lice i širokog programa digitalnih događaja. Viva Italia!

U avgustu 2020. godine dva poznata kulturna centra Češke dobila su profesionalne planetarne skenere ElarScan A2-KS i započela rad - Češki tehnički univerzitet u Pragu i stari manastir Strahov. Novi skeneri koriste se za digitalizaciju zbirki istorijskih dokumenata, retkih i vrednih artefakata. Prvi projekti skeniranja biće završeni do kraja godine.

Profesionalni skener ElarScan A2 uključen je u stvaranje virtuelne kolekcije istorijskih dokumenata u centralnoj državi u Brazil. Tokom godine u prostorijama Državnog suda u Tocantinsu digitalizovano je 1.316 brojeva Journal of Justice.

„Ljuben Karavelov“ u Rusu jedna je od najstarijih bugarskih biblioteka. Institucija kulture je vodeći centar za pružanje pristupa znanju, informacijama i uslugama u regionu. U septembru 2019. u digitalnom centru biblioteke instaliran je ElarScan univerzalni skener knjiga koji stvara jedinstvene kolekcije e-knjiga. Novi ElarScan A2-400KS pokazao se vrlo pogodnim za skeniranje starih štampanih knjiga i rukopisa, kao i savremenih publikacija.
