A ELAR Corp. forneceu o scanner planetário Elarscan A2-600 à Biblioteca Nacional da República da Mordovia (RF), de nome Alexander Pushkin. O equipamento será utilizado para digitalização de alta qualidade de livros raros, periódicos locais e outras publicações.

O scanner planetário Elarscan A2-400 foi fornecido ao Museu de Conhecimento Local Komi-Permyak (Perm Krai, RF) e posteriormente com o nome de P.I. Subbotin-Permyak. O equipamento destina-se a digitalização de desenhos e vários itens da coleção do museu.
